Hey Kris, I found a recipe for Cheesy-mushroom Joes, a spin on sloppy joes. You could use all sorts of different things in place of the Progresso mushroom cooking sauce for more variety.

Cheesy-Mushroom Joes

1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
1 can (18 oz) Progresso

Recipe Starters

creamy portabella mushroom cooking sauce
8 oz prepared cheese product (from 16-oz loaf), cut into cubes
8 hamburger buns, split
Garnishes, If Desired
Dill pickle slices
Ketchup and mustard

• 1- In 10-inch skillet, cook beef over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until brown; drain.
• 2- Stir in cooking sauce and cheese. Heat to boiling, stirring frequently, until cheese is melted. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
• 3- Spoon onto bottom half of each bun; top with pickles, ketchup and mustard. Place top of bun on each.

I am thinkiing Mother Plucker it is (At least for this week_Can tell my oponent he got "plucked" this last week! lol

Edit: Laughing my arse off here-tried changing it to Mother Plucker Mother Pluck-r etc kept refusing to take it-said cant use profanity. Finally got it as Mother Pluckher.

One of the two I'm in are also for money. Either DH or I usually place in the top every year so it's a lot of fun. On Sundays we are glued to the NFL Red Zone coverage and watching our points!
