I find a date book to be incredibly vital for my organisation and focus. I write what needs to be finished when, and a few days prior to that day I write in a reminder for it. I also set my alarm on my cell to remind me as well. The kids refer to the date book as my Brain. as long as I have that I am good. "mom has that blank, confused look on her face again...lets go get her her brain!" IF I didn't have that I would get a cheap spiral notebook and write it all down. Can you read the rules and stuff once you get home, giving you the time to concentrate on that without phones needing your attention and such?
