Yep. We were 80 yesterday. It is sleeting like crazy and 28 right now. -thinkin' I should've covered the emerging perennials, now. My salvia, daylilies, and society garlic were all coming up nicely. At least I got to the tulips and jonquils this morning before all of the nasty precipitation...

Goodness, it has been about a week here......and loads of pages! -attempting to catch up and drink the first cup of coffee in days. The wretched, gut-turning, virus of death infested our household.... Now, that cake is looking pretty good.

-beautiful snow!! We just have a sheet of ice on the roads. -schools are canceled, college is canceled, so the kids are at home. -two cups of coffee down the hatch and chicken chores on the horizon. -think that the kids shall be commandeered to aid in the chores.
