You can also apply some Blue Kote especially if you see blood. It will disinfect and the other won't attack her anymore. Good luck.I have RIR laying hen under 2 years old (not sure how old she is). I used them on my birds about 9 months ago left them on for about 3 months then took them off. They do work great. Of the 25 that i put on, only 2 of them were able to get them off.That is Hilarious..... Do they stay on forever? I don't have feather pickers now but my first flock had a few.
