Good design. I like the threaded rod that pulls the wheels up off of the ground.

This is a great outcome to your recycling efforts! I'm hoping you've moved the roosts so that the hens quit roosting in the nesting boxes.

Good job documenting how you built this very fine coop. Be good to see where the roosts, feeders and nest boxes ended up.

Gotta love the water running down the neck :gig I see coops with the roofs carefully slanted to channel water right into someone's back door. Shrug. We all learn. Good job building an easy and simple to put together coop. I wonder where your roosts are.

Seems like a large set up. It looks like this coop is in NC and I don't see any ventilation nor insulation for the metal building. Be good to have some more details and clarity.

This is a great write up about designing, building and using your coop. I like the time lapse video; it does make it seem easy.

What a good job reusing the building materials. I admire your creativity with the insulation. It's be good to have some inside pics and dimensions of the coop itself.

Good job here building a cozy coop and run. Looks like you have only a few chicks so space should be OK.

Nice layout inside. Be good to have some more info about how you modified the shed. By the amount of eggs in the boxes you must have quite the flock!

Not too bad for scoring the materials free. I like the run door being used as a corner for the run fencing. Wonder how you finished out the inside.

I really like your design and by reading your later comments I can see that you've expanded the run. Great job.

This is easy to understand and I like your attitude about propping it back up when it lists. The coop works for the hens and looks just fine.

Good work making this attractive coop. It's a good size for the four hens you have and this article is helpful for those who may want to try and build something similar.

Good job. I like all of the pictures and the materials list. I wonder if the wooden end piece is left large because it's easier and it doesn't make any difference or if there is another more important reason you left it whole.
