This is one of the most well-built coops I have ever seen. I could happily live in this building. The pictures do a great job of documenting your progress. I'd give your article a 5 if I could see some plans and dimensions so I could steal your idea!

Pretty cool idea but not too sure about using cedar and the inside is not clear.

For only one or two hens and in a temperate climate, this is probably just fine. The link to the run/greenhouse is handy,

Well, firstly, "Geaux Tigers"! Nice looking coop and it seems lightweight which is good if it is to be moved. I like the cross members on the floor. It's be good to have that materials list and some more details.

I like the 4x4 used as a hanger for the feed, oyster, etc.. I really also like the cutting board for a pop door. Good use of space and ventilation. Not sure how the chickens get from the coop into the outside run?

A tremendous amount of work and thought went into this build. I like the waterers being underneath in the shade. Not sure from the pictures if the nesting boxes are safe from egg thieves. Specifics on measurements will help anyone who wants to try this. There are a lot of folks who have access to pallets and who may want to learn from someone who has already figured out parts of the 'how-to'.

Spectacular job on creating a beautiful mobile coop. Plans and process of getting from paper to finished product would be very helpful.

Good pictures of the process. Run looks sturdy and predator proofed. Plenty of roosts. I am liking the mini roosts for the chicks!

I like the gardening and coop run set-up and the final product is great. The pictures show some stages of construction; wish we had more details so that someone else can 'borrow' your ideas.

Nice looking run and coop. Can't really see what it's like inside the hen house but the chickens look happy and healthy and that's what matters.

Awesome coop. For a warmer climate this is too cool. LOL. Lots of ventilation, predator proofed, especially after the inside layer of hardware cloth was added later on. Good looking coop with room for the hens. Unique idea.

Good job of showing the steps to building this coop. Inside is easy to understand and I like how you mounted the wheels. Also good with the ventilation up top. Wondering if there is enough ventilation to keep this viable during the summer months.

I had such a hard time navigating this site. One of the more confusing ones that I have been on for sure. I must have downloaded 30 photos but kept needing to delete do to double images, not attaching in order etc. Getting a good photo was hard to do due to the tight space. I will see if I can improve my post through the edit process. Mahalo for your input and no... the chickens want to play outside all day.

Wish I could see inside the coop itself. There is some serious carpentry going on here and I really like the shade tree. But details would help someone who may want to use your idea...

Your coop is built well and I like the 'sweeping door' on the floor bottom. Good idea! Be nice to know more about the run and the construction details.

I followed the provided link to the thread about this and the pics aren't there either. Too bad because I think an Awful lot of thought went into this design and I want to see the finished product and the steps in between.
