I enjoyed reading of the author's experience with starting their own breeding program. I also appreciate that they came to the conclusion that it cost more money than they made in selling the offspring - potentially preventing others who enter the breeding process thinking it can be profitable, rather than just enjoyable.
Thanks for taking to time to share your experience!
I really like the way this is organized. This is a great reference guide to use when building you flock. Well researched and thoroug.
Well done and thanks for taking the time to write this.
I have the premier1 heated poultry waterer. I was worried about how they'd adapt to the nipple waterer. They learned to use the nipples almost immediately!
Really well written and informative. Really appreciate the link to other articles, with more details when appropriate. Thanks for taking the tie to write this!
Really liked the idea and simple easy instructions for assembly, with links to amazon to buy it yourself. Well done. I'll be building this in the spring.
Really appreciate the details of the process, and the links to get more specific info. Very well written and easy to understand. Thanks for taking the time to document the incubation process.
Thank you for pulling this together. I was fortunate enough to get Storey's guide recommended to me before starting with chickens last spring. This article would have been great to have then - and I'm planning on reading a few more of this list now.
