    We inherited a young chicken. We cut the feathers of one wing and she could still fly over our 5-6' high fence. So since I am work the wife cut the feathers of the other wing but she can still get over the fence? Any other suggestions? I do not want to put a top on our run.

    Warning: Watch out for those heat lamps

    Had the chickens in the new coop. Forgot to turn the lamp off during the day and it feel to the floor and burned a hole thru the 3/8" plywood floor. Lucky it never ignited and the chickens were not locked in.

    Coop Tractor. 10sqft coop and 40sqft run..5 chickens?
