    how to get eggs to peel cleanly?

    when I used to buy eggs from the store.. I would add salt to the water to help make the boiled eggs easier to peel.. is there a trick to "farm fresh" eggs to make them easier.. they sure taste good but as so hard for me to peel. Shelly
