    He finnaly figgured a way around the electric fence (I fixed it) Dang thing got a 5 month old Polish & a 3 yeara old legern , I trapped him with the remains of the hens, & A.22 short got him.

    I turned the 6 week old RIR (hen) chicks out with the 2 1/2 year old hens. All seems to be going pretty well. A little picking & squalking but nothing to bad I think they will live together OK -I hope

    when to switch ?

    today my RIR's are 5 weeks old . They have been on Neutrina chick starter from day 1. what & when should I change feeds? My layers are all on neutrina layer pellets & are doing fine. Is there a grower feed? or just go to the pellets? Thanks Dan

    My Free exotic chick

    I got 26 RIR chicks (again) fron McMurray . the free chick is white with a top knot, kind of looks like a big hump, on its head . I don't have a camera wonder what it could be?
