If it were me, i would use an eye dropper and give it a drop or two of oxytetracyclene and a drop or so of water to keep it hydrated if it isnt to far gone.....Any other with suggestions feel free to chime in.
Levamisole was used as a human dewormer for many years and is still used in some countries. I would not be worried to consume it in a residule low level poultry/egg situation.

You wont know until you put them together.Its a 50/50 chance they will get along. If they have a big run/pen they may tolerate each other and give each other space.If its a small enclosure you may have problems.

Neosporin is not enough to keep an open wound free from infection. You have to use an anti septic rinse like hydrogen peroxide to kill infection.I have heard opening the wound and packing it with Cayenne pepper will also disinfect. An oral antibiotic would probably help also. Yes the chicken...
