I did a variation on the salsa by sauteeing some balsamic vinegar marinated chicken leg quarters with olive oil, red onion & garlic first and adding them to my own "salsa combo" using 3 color bell...

I'm glad you like the pictures, its' fun to post them. I love when everyone posts their dinner pics too, it just helps so much with understanding what everyone's eating, that's why I keep at it. Plus.. I'm so proud of our dinners! We ALL should be... it's HARD to put dinner on the table day...

Hi Tipsy.. it's just 4 cups officially.. but up to the top it's 5 cups really... fine for measuring frozen veggies. My goal is to always fill that with veg for dinner.. if not there has to be a salad or something.

Stir Fry
I re-seasoned yesterday's pork roast, by sauteeing in sesame oil, olive oil, & soy sauce with garlic, then setting aside till the end.
Starting with the broccoli, corn, onion, bell pepper, cauliflower... cooking until half way through.
The rice is old rice defrosted in the microwave...
