I did pork chops in it once. It came with a meat probe to set it to the internal temp you want. And it did the pork chops perfect. Problem is I can't remember where I put the dang probe!

Ron I am so glad your ok. I hope the fires stay far away from you and yours! I have family still in Long Beach and around Riverside. The fires that were around Anaheim were kind of close to some of my nephews. This is so terrible! I am praying for rain for California!

I signed up for Pinterest several years ago. They have tons of ideas on there. I find it difficult to get actual patterns though. Usually the links just lead to more pages. But lots of help on other stuff. I don't like the fact they email me about people who follow my pins or new pins though.
