I have 9 hatched quail. Have to run to tsc to get a waterer for them. I don’t have enough

Yeah, but there's different color variants even in the green melanistics. Here's some pics.

Black melanistic

Most commonly seen Green melanistic

Those are the 'Black' melanistic...some peeps call them green though.

Just out of curiosity has anyone ever tried GQF’s quail? They apparently have bobwhites and coturnix but they’re a tad bit pricey (though they do have deals if you get an incubator with them) but I’m mostly just curious what kind they have or if they’re any good??? Because the website doesn’t provide any details or pictures or anything like that. I assume they’re probably the wild type? Or jumbos maybe? A common kind? But I found it odd that it didn’t say, given how many different varieties they are. I thought if I ever did get quail it might be good to get some from them for genetic diversity but not if they’re not good. Just wondering.
