There's at least 20 of the little cuties in the bator chirping, I been staring at the bator for more than an hour :gig they're so cute!

Time for bed. :fl the rest of the pippers hatch overnight :fl

That has been me for 2 days

Mine finally starting popping out tonight on day 18, hatch day was supposed to be yesterday but only one had pipped. By this afternoon/evening most had pipped, then 9 out of 20 I had in there popped out. Every single one a different color (as I had hoped) some are slightly similar but have their unique differences. I always say - a baby chick is neither late nor early he arrives precisely when he means to and I try to keep that in mind but - my patience

I moved the 9 to the brooder and waiting on the other 11.

It was a random mixed batch I got for fun to kick off the hatching season! And so far it’s been super fun! It was a total surprise hatch, I only had a vague rough idea of what we would get LOL!

So I think The first one out was one I really wanted (in color) it looks like a silver tux, and then I got some Tibetan, and Tibetan tux I think, and some odd ball yellow with silver/grey stripes. Some reddish tux, and a really odd ball that isn’t quite silver and not quite brown but like a pale cinnamon or maybe even lavender color? No idea. Hard to tell.

And of course the pics won’t tell you much because the flash was on due to the red heat lamp... but if you got any ideas by all means let me know lol

I thought the yellow with the grey stripes might be Italian but I thought the stripes were supposed to be brown? *shrug* I love them all and think they are adorable and gorgeous so I don’t really care it’s just cool to know!

Baby bunny pictures. They are getting chuncky. Mama Pepper is taking good care of them. They kind of look like baby hippos now, right? I think their fur is starting to come in.

Bunny update: the babies turned 2 weeks on Saturday. They are furry and their eyes just opened in the last few days. They are extremely soft and adorable. Starting to get curious and explore their surroundings. It looks like there might be at least 3 color variations.

Do curly toes correct themselves? (Without intervention)
Theres a few curly feet in the bator :barnie
I am going to say yes...give them a day or two to figure out their feet.
