5 chicks out, 1 almost out, ~8 more pipped
I don't think I have dealt with a bleeder quail baby yet.Okay, does anyone else feel like they get one bleeder every hatch? I don't even count them as issue babies because usually I slap some pepper on, check them the next day, and they're fine, but GOSH is that an unwelcome adrenaline rush.
Keep messing with them daily.Wait, they are jumpy early? My 6-day-olds are still pretty mellow.

You can keep them.

Keep messing with them daily.
Mess with them a lot and they will calm down again after they go through the jumpy crazy stage.
I have 45 all from my first (and only so far) hatch. I cannot give that sort of attention either.Yes.
