➡ Quail Hatch Along🥚

This spring is supposed to bring record flooding in the eastern US.
My plan is to be sure that the next quail house has a plastic bottom, and plenty of straw. Then I plan on keeping straw on the ground if I see mud, and raking out as necessary.
Does this sound right? Chickens/ducks/turkeys go into a coop, and free range, so I don’t worry about them.

Yeah, I would have thought it would be two days. They created the label on Monday... but didn't show up in the system with a delivery date till Tues and it said Thursday.

I got my last quail eggs from Purely Poultry, just standard coturnix and I had a 80% hatch on shipped eggs. It will be interesting to see how these do.
my silkie chicks and first quail eggs were from purely poultry too! they only guarantee 70% fertility (which was exactly what I got) and cost per egg was much higher as well as I remember. but great birds!

I didn’t see it anywhere? Which site is it posted?:D
it’s in the facebook groups they host.....there is the main fb page, newbie quail lovers, quail call, and quail supply and auction. zack typically runs the auctions every weekend and they post links to all the new you tube videos etc in all the groups.
