Another 2 Jumbos put down at 4 weeks. Laying on side and not walking. 22 Jumbos remain. Not sure what I'm doing wrong here. Looks like the flies, but these don't have bites around the eyes like the last time. I am seeing some of the Buffalo gnats. Well, one was bugging me and I couldn't get it. Another tiny jumbo acting funny. Not hopeful for that one either. Rapidly approaching 50% survival. 22 birds from 41 eggs.
B#3 at 6 weeks old and one is crowing. I thought the layer rooster was talking, but wrong direction. The wild colored one is male. The 2 white ones are still unknown. No one is bald. All 3 are roughly the same size. I wouldn't be surprised if all turned out to be boys.
30 eggs from B#1&2 to the incubator for September. September will be busy.
