47 so far. There are more newly hatched in the bators, but I'm not counting them until they move to the brooder. So many colors!

Soo cute!!

Yes I think it was pulling his leg into a jacked up position.
And no...
That was just hatch gunk stuck to him.

They don't poop that soon after hatch.

Glad you figured out what it was!! Is it better now?

And ah I see. That’s good! That’s for the info.

I think my pansies are not pansies.
Could I have gotten an assortment of eggs on accident?View attachment 1868485 View attachment 1868486 View attachment 1868487

They are adorable! :love

I see orange, red, pink, black and yellow.

Lots of colors!

Its my understanding that pansy isnt a stable color phase, they are lots of colors, its a pattern color combination

That’s good to know, thanks.

I don't have a clue what I have.
:th

Quail :lau

I'm calling them The Rainbow Crew.

I like the name! Lol

Sure you do! Theyre coturnix! They eat and sleep and poop just like all your others :p

:lau you beat me to it lol

A box of chocolate rainbow bunch.

:lau I don’t think they’d taste very good though :lau not like real chocolate :lau

So cute!!

And congrats on getting to keep the ducks! :D seems your plan worked!

I really want ducks.

I leave town tomorrow and come back Thursday night. The first round of eggs are set to hatch on Thursday! DW is going to have to manage the hatch. She doesn't usually get too involved with this stuff, and she is 6 months pregnant and has to watch DS. I wish I could be here for the hatch (and to help her of course). I am removing the auto-turner tomorrow morning. I am going to shoot for 50% humidity. The second round of eggs are due to hatch on Sunday - I will be home for those ones at least.
