Try the Iron Tower trilogy by Dennis L. McKiernan. It's a shorter, faster paced Lord of the Rings.

Dennis L. McKiernan is awesome! Have you read Mercedes Lackey, Elizabeth Moon, Patricia Briggs, Tamora Pierce, and Jim Butcher?

Zillow is way off on pricing and in my personal experience doesn't report actual real facts. I like Realtor better.

i purposely went to bed before auction end so i could avoid temptation!! guy ended up getting for .40/egg

When the kids were younger, we had fun teaching them new words. They picked up on the game quickly. Learned fast and started reading. Been informed that we have a weird family. I'm so proud!

My mother had a bachelor's degree in English. English was her second language, so guess what? She taught her children college level English. Believe me, you don't get many friends when you're eight years old with a college level vocabulary...

Yes to all of them! Have you read any David Weber? If you like Elizabeth Moon, you'll like David Weber. Just quit reading the Honor Harrington series after book 6 or so. The rest of his books are great, though.
