I believe that boiling vegetables leaches out the most nutrients.Thanks. That’s interesting how for some things it’s better cooked and others it’s better raw but it makes sense.
And just out of curiosity, do you happen to know which method of cooking vegetables is the worst? Or does it depend on the vegetable? Cause I tend to sauté in olive oil a lot and I have a feeling it can’t be very healthysteaming is best right? Or boiling? But I like the taste of them browning in the oil.

You are steaming them too long. For example, I steam asparagus for 3 minutes and it comes out nice and crunchy.Hmm that’s a good idea! I didn’t think of that. I have tried steaming them before and it just ends up kinda mushy and flavorless. :/
Eat spinach raw. It is much tastier and healthier raw.I usually grab a fist full of spinach or spinach and baby kale mix or whatever and toss it in a pan with some olive oil and sauté it until it it gets smaller/deep green/soft enough.
