Right, if you are eating X quails per week, you need 4X per month and if you are only eating males, assuming 50/50 male/female, you need to hatch 8X quail per month, or set 11.4X eggs, assuming 70% hatch rate from the initial number of set eggs (fertile+infertile). So if you are eating 5 quail per week , then once a month you need to set 11.4*5 = 57 eggs.
