Looking like this hatch is 2 quail and 1 pheasant. I left 3 pheasant eggs in for another day or 2 but looked like late quitters. I will move the next batch of pheasant eggs to the brinsea after I call it and get my next batch of quail eggs started

As long as it's legal, you can sell any pet under farm and garden usually. Sometimes there are pet sections, depending on where you live.

You need to read their rules.

I'm having a similar situation with my pheasant eggs....I'm guessing because it's the end of the season. Some of my birds are starting their molt. Have 3 late quitters with my current Peach hatch.

This is the batch of eggs that I collected and forgot to set so I didn’t have high hopes from the beginning…..they may have been on the counter for 3-4 weeks? And I wasn’t here to keep humidity stabilized for a week during incubation.
I set another 11 eggs and all but 1 or 2 looked good at first candling. Should hatch around july 1

Yeah, I've reset some more Peach and Peach x Yellow Golden. Had an extra Peach hen by herself, so decided to introduce an extra Yellow Golden male with her! ....6 months ago. I have no idea what they are going to turn out looking like?....Peach splash? Yellow splash, both have recessive genes, so???? They are developing but it's only been 6 days. Have 6 eggs that have only recently been fertile.
I haven't seen him display or mount her, but decided to try incubating the last 6 eggs she layed.

I have homegrown eggs to set and ordered 30-45 additional eggs to hopefully get some more girls

If it makes you feel any better, I lost the quail lottery with my last batch At least 4 of the 6 that hatched are male, I only have one definite female

I have to move my brooder out of the shed. I have had a pheasant chick and a quail chick now go missing without a trace. I think I have a sneaky snake that’s able to get in and out with 1 chick every couple days

I lost s’mores yesterday too……I think it was a combination of heat and old age
