1.5 Week Old Serama, Possible Frizzle?

I was wanting opinions. Do you think little Marley is a frizzle? Compared to her mates, her feathers are for sure not flat.

Parents are from a mixed flock that had Roo and hen frizzles. I know about the double frizzle breeding not being good, so Ive been keeping a very close eye. The others dont show any type of bend or frill in their feathers. That I can tell- haha!

I'd they were frizzles in the breeding flock, I'd wager this one's a frizzle
