1 month Barred Rock- Foot growth on both feet? (not bumble) Slow to feather and smaller than rest

Hey everyone!

I am new to Backyard Chickens and I have had my chicks for exactly 1 month today. There are 3 Buff Orpingtons, 3 Black Australorps 6 Barred Rocks (5 hens 1 rooster)

My concern is regarding 1 of the Barred hens. She has black callus or wart like growths on both her feet. She is slow to feather and smaller than the rest of the flock.

From what I have read and seen, this doesn't appear to be bumblefoot. The growths are only on this hen and appear to be growing in size. Their coop has some pine but is mostly mostly hay. They have some buckets for dust bathing and pecking in dirt. Attaching pictures of foot and size comparison with another bird.

one pf my chicks is much small and is feathering out slow.

That appears to be pododermatitis (bumblefoot) from walking on moist and soiled bedding. I would clean out the hay, since hay and straw can hold moisture, ammonia burn, and mold, and put down some new pine shavings. I would also soak her feet daily in warm Epsom salts to start them healing. Some sites recommend a poultry vitamin and mineral supplement with vitamin A and biotin. Biotin is easily found in cooked egg which can be fed in small amounts. Below are a couple of pictures of pododermatitis, and also some reading about it:

I have delayed my response, because I was trying the 15 min Epsom salt foot soaks to see where that got us. I am pleased to report that the little ones feet are looking incredible after just 5 days!

I switched my straw bedding to pine and I got a new waterer that creates less pooling water to stand in at the base.
