We have 2 chickens that I was convinced were both pullets but now that they are 19 weeks old, one has started to act a bit roosterish and the other one looks somewhat roosterish.
I already have 2 Roos that were meant to be hens (I’m deciding who has to go right now) but now I’m afraid Bellatrix LeStrange (our devil chicken & Black Australorp) is actually a he. Nymphadora Tonks (the EE) might also actually be a cockerel. Thoughts? Is Tonks truly a Professor Lupin? Is Bellatrix LeStrange truly a pullet or is she a cockerel needing to be defeated like Voldemort? ( sorry, my kids are die hard Harry Potter fans
