Yes, you can usually see SOMETHING in chicken eggs by day 3, but goslings take longer overall, so maybe it's too early to expect visible signs. šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø

I'm going to sit on my hand and wait until tomorrow night to check again. lol, Fingers crossed! These were very expensive eggs that I drove 4 hours round trip to get. :fl :fl :fl

I sure hope you'll see some sign by next time! The shells are so thick--but I seem to see well into my AB eggs, so... Are all goose eggs white?

Thanks I hope so too! That's a very good question, I think so! I've never seen any goose eggs that weren't white. They just vary in size.

You would think with as many chicks as I hatch I would have some patience. :lau I candled the goose eggs again. I see development in 1 egg for sure and I THINK I see something in the other 3...I guess I still need to wait a few more days. lol

Oh yeah! :ya :ya :ya Both of 'em, imo!:celebrate

I'm hopeful! That picture is the same egg, I just did black and white to show to development better. These are a couple others. Very difficult to tell! I think I see a little something right where the heart is on both of them though, just not nearly as big as the other egg and I'm rotating them to make up for any hot/cold spots in the incubator. :fl
