3 Day Old Chick - Gasping for air

HELP! Admitted newbie , and I have a mixed flock (10) of 3 day old chicks (Buffs, BR, RR, and Black Australorps). One of my chicks is displaying the following symptoms: lethargic (standing and falling asleep too), extending the neck and appears to be gasping for air continually. I check the eyes, and beak and there's no drainage, vent looks good. I have done a lot of internet search, but can not narrow down if it's IB or brooder pneumonia. She just started this about 2 hours ago, and I do not know what to do.

Can anyone help? If I need antibiotics, what do I get or is she just gonna pass soon? Thanks for helping a stressed out concerned newbie.
