3 week BR, is she/he a hen or rooster?

Yeah the stance and comb are what concern me.... if stance is an indicator though then my black australorp has to be a cockerel it stands with its feet squared up, almost on top of each other, and stretches up completely, neck all the way up and chest out.

I going to say pullet as well. Don't worry too much about the stance. I was sure one of my EEs was a cockerel. She also had a very upright stance as well as a cocky attitude. In fact I was so convinced she was a roo that I named her Rooster. Now two years later she gives me lovely green eggs and still stands very upright. In fact the only way I can tell Rooster apart from her sister is when she is standing up straight.
