Almost Instant Bread

Maybe slices of bananas - be careful with what you add though, drain the jalapenos, don't add anything that is too moist or the bread won't cook through. I like the idea of crushed garlic and cheese too. I love that recipe!
 
Yes I was thinking it is already so moist to be careful. My mom said she used 1 c of beer when she added other moist ingred. instead of the whole can and it worked great.
 
OK I have to resurrect this thread - my stepson said tonight he wants 3 cheese Italian bread. OH What a GREAT idea! Parmesan, Romano and Mozzarella cheese with Italian seasonings. Ooooooo
 
Sounds good I love 3 cheese bread. I was just up in my garden looking around and I have dill up about 8 inches tall. Crazy dill I think its a little confused. But I am gonna go get it. I was thinking some fresh dilly bread.

Can anyone tell me if using the club soda comes out just as good as using the beer?

I want to make several different kinds (that you have all been raving about) for a dinner party at work, but I work with a recovering alcoholic (3 years sober now) and wouldn't want to take my chances. I know alcohol cooks off, but I forget exactly how much time it takes, but I know 30 minutes won't cook it all off.
 
I don't know about the club soda. I think the beer mainly gives it a yeasty taste. I will try to get some club soda today and try it and see how it comes out. Better go put it on my list right now so I don't forget. It wil be this evening before I get a chance to make it. Busy day today.
