I got put on a strict gluten-free diet for other reasons. I have lost 8 pounds in 10 weeks, by just not eating flour, bread, cookies, pasta, etc.
BUT I EAT EVERYTHING ELSE, AND LOTS OF IT! Eggs, fruits, vegetables, roasts, bacon, and the best thing of all my newest lunches, it that basil flavored olive oil that's called dipping oil (its really for bread), that goes all over my chef's salads, its FANTASTIC!
Okay, maybe I was more swollen than fat. But my waist and my face are thinner, my pants fall down so I can make fun of the moody dark pre-teen's low jeans.......
They always have said on the diet ads, "see your doctor before yadda yadda yadda"....... don't I just hate it when "they" were right? Doctor said "gluten free" and here I am a healthier skinnier woman with silky hair and shiny skin, if I were a labrador retreiver I could win a blue ribbon.
I HOPE IT GOES THIS WELL FOR YOU! ITS FUN! ITS TASTY! IT FEELS GOOD!
maybe its all the vegetables I'm eating. Found some good tasty ones.
