She looks like a girl to me. Often pullets feather up faster than the cockerels do as well. On young chicks 2-3 weeks old, the comb is thicker on boys. Colour and size may be the same but from a birds eye view a cockerel will have a thicker comb.

If you like I am happy to post pics of my latest batch of blue lorps as they grow and develop. I thought that you and any others breeding blue might like to see the development of my birds as they grow. I can also annotate positive and negative things about colour and combs ect...

Please do post pics of your blues as they develop. I have done that with BA's and SLW's in the past for other people. Under my profile you can see pics of their development up to about 20 or 24 weeks because inquiring minds want to know!
