Baby Chick around 6 weeks, is very sick! Coccidiosis treatment started but could it be a deficiency?

Like u mentioned about tooki did she feel good after drinking medicine?

Why u separate them baby chicks need company they sleep together in cuddling so they will warm each other

Sleeping all the time is cause of so much weakness in the body once u complete the course we will start their vitamins till then give them
Good diet
Give a clove of crushed garlic to both too will boost up their immune
I will tell u everything u need

Actually Brownie was pecking at Tooki and walking all over her and Tooki had gotten very weak to play with her. So, I was scared that she might get hurt.

This drug says to give for 7 days but my vet said to give for 5. What do you say?

I understand. But I seriously don't want to change their medicine after already having administered a different med for 2 days.

Actually Brownie was pecking at Tooki and walking all over her and Tooki had gotten very weak to play with her. So, I was scared that she might get hurt.

This drug says to give for 7 days but my vet said to give for 5. What do you say?

Is ur vet is labeled for poultry?
7 days is for very serious case
5 days are enough for mild

In 5 days blood has to be clear nd dropping should be normal

I am taking advice from a Vet that I showed Tooki to and from a doctor at the Poultry farm from whom I got Brownie. The doctor in the poultry farm said that I should give for 5 days but he has not seen Tooki.
My Vet is not really an expert in Chickens so he said to ask a poultry expert.

Yes 5 days are fine
Make sure blood will stop in 5 days then after 5 days on 6th day give yoghurt and by 7th.day when there no blood u can start vitamins

Also, I just went to hold Tooki and she still kicks around her feet wildly and beats her wings very strongly for her size if I hold her wrong. She runs to the food but her legs are weak and walking or staying upright is very difficult for her

I will do that. Actually I fed Tooki some Yogurt day before at the doctor's suggestion, but she had green droppings with water surrounding them after that.

I can understand tooki is weak but her 5 day course is must before vitamins otherwise we can't treat her problem of coccidiosis
