Baby HERE! Pictures Included!!( UPDATE)

I remember my due date with my first. I went off to see the doctor and told me that he would see me next week. I went home and cried the rest of the day. Poor Dotty. I can't imagine having to possibly wait till the sixteenth. All Dotty must want now, is to just hold that baby in her arms. I am a half of a world away and I rooting as hard as I can for you all. for Dotty and the baby. Hope everything goes smoothly for her this week.

Thanks for the support. Dotty has a reversed uterus so it is making birth difficult. It all started to happen on 24th July! So you can imagine her frustrations now at this stage. If nothing happens untill 16th then they will try to get it going for about 3 days if not then C section. - Not a nice thought. So it will be getting on for nearly a month since it all started! - Her due date was 7th but they did say the baby looked bigger for the dates and maybe she was a week futher on - which kind of made the 24th date she started a bit more right? - Now it seems the never ending pregnancy! DH says shes having an Elephant! Poor Dotty!

oesdog...I love your Avaitar! Praying all goes well for your daughter's delivery.

My most favorite dog in the whole world is the OES!!

Here are some photos of my OES.

Wow photos are lovely thanks for taking time to show them to me.

We rescue OES dogs this is my third. !

No I - Molly Mop was an Oes x Wolf hound - a beauty and very very large. Body and shape of the Oes and Size of the Wolf hound with Colour of the Wolf and coat of the Oes. I had her 12 yrs! No one wanted her because of her size and she was a x but I didn;t care she was a lovely gentle giant. We got her just in time as the Dog pound were going to distroy her that afternoon! She still remains my best dog ever!
No 2 - Pollyanna was a terrible cruelty case, she was starved and beat as a pup causing brain damage and blindness. She also had issues from being in a cage for 2 yrs! We had her 3 yrs but sadly she had to be put to sleep as a result of the abuse. Her brain damage became worse and she forgot to eat all the time and needed hand fed and then her spine started to give and she collapsed. It was Wobbler syndrome from the constant beatings it had damaged the spine and it was compressing on the nerves. She was just 6 yrs when she died.
No 3 - Murphy is lovely. He was going to be used for puppy farming but the ( Female Dog - must remember not to use the B word as it comes out entirly different in the post!) with him died and the woman who had him then sold him on! - He had been in a shed for 18 months and only got out to chase the 4x4 round a field. So was never socialised and never learned to walk on a lead or anything. He was also quite aggressive - but that is all fixed now after nearly 5 yrs of working with the chap.

Will try to put Photos on here but have to find them first! Ha - Thanks again for sharing and all the good wishes for Dotty and the baby!

hi oesdog! where in ireland are you?! I know how frustrating the wait can be I had a baby in january and he eventually had to be induced, thinking of you all and all the best!

North of Ireland - thanks for the thoughts. Dot I think is heading for being induced as nothing is happening and time is running out. They will only let her go until 16th and that date is almost here.
