If keeping 2 pigeons indoors in a room where people spend time I think you need to understand the amount of down feather powder they create. These fine particles in the air can affect human health as well as settle on surfaces such as art works. A good air filter is one suggestion.

I'm not sure just how significant this will be with only 2 birds in your space but keep it in mind for the sake of the Artist's lungs and her lovely work.

And then there was two! It's started already! Lovely bird. I'm sure pal will be very happy!

So we let Penelope out for the first time, and what does she do? She lands on my head! This is apparently her MO.

...and she doesn't like to go back in. Hmmmmm. Hopefully she's feeling a little more settled. Pal is interested but unsure, especially when she's always sitting on a human head.
