Bantam egg layers

My daughter and her hubby raise Call Ducks (miniature ducks) and are considering adding a couple of small (Bantam) hens for eggs. Can they be raised together? What breeds would you recommend?

For me it's bantam orpingtons, I just love 'em!!

Very doscile, nice size, lay good size eggs and winter hardy. Come in lots of colors too!!

I like the Old English Game Birds. Traditional bantam shape, lots of attitude, and the roos are gorgeous.

I have bantam EE's love the blue/green eggs.

Old English Game bantams are wonderful little chickens, I have a hatchery strain and the hens lay around 5 eggs a week. They are also very hardy.
