Beef bones!!!!

We trimmed up so short ribs and got rid of the bones that were cut into small pieces cut across. The hens always like any fat that we trim off of meat and so we threw that out. They scarfed it all up immediately but now I'm a little worried about those bones. They were less than one half inch thick cut across. I hope they won't cause problems. Does anyone have any experience with this?

Unless they choke right away there will not be a problem. Mine eat bone chips and pieces all the time.

i knew a guy that fed a turkey pennies , we thought is was cool but the turkey died a few days later. he figured if the turkey could swallow them it woldnt be a problem. just a quite little chicken problem with a drinking farmer.
