Bird Injured HELP!!!

Please does anyone have any advice for me our cat caught a bird and broke its wing does anyone know what to do?

I'm not experienced with this type of injury but from what I have read you would tuck it into natural position and than maybe ace bandage over the wing and keep going around the chickens body to hold the wing in place. Remove her from other chickens til healed. This is probably clear as mud!

I would suggest keeping him in a calm, safe area until you can take him to a wildlife vet. A lot of handling will make him nervous and perhaps worsen his injury. If that's not possible, you can try wrapping his wing and then letting him get some rest. Hope this helps!

Something like a parakeet? much smaller scale but yes I think it would work the same. Maybe a light gauzy fabric just to keep the wing tucked close to the body and some time to heal.
