Blue Wheaton Aumericana- boy or girl??

my hens are about 28 weeks old. All are laying except for my lone Easter egger, who is also at the bottom of the pecking order. She (he?) is vocal but doesn’t crow, and certainly doesn’t crow first thing in the morning. I did have a roo so I know what they should sound like.
So based on these pictures, do you think it could be a male?

No. I think it has to be a pullet.

When I got my Wheaten Americaunas I was told if the chest was solid it's a girl. If it has darker streaking it's a boy.

So by that you have a girl.

Definitely a pullet. Solid Wheaton color. If it were a cockerel, it would be blue with a reddish hackle and saddle.

Wheatens are very easy to sex by coloration. You have a pullet. Males look much different.

Any thoughts then why she still isn’t laying? She is well past due.
