Bullying, Egg-Eating, and Depression?

Also, here's the new center of my flock anxieties, Easter the double-header soft-shell Egger (her name is "Faith" but we call her "Easter" for some reason). Hoping today will be her big day and she'll lay a normal egg. P.S. it is impossible to get her still enough for photos, she usually looks like a rainbow blur. But my persistence--aka making weird noises so she'd keep freezing-paid off.
