Bumblefoot?

Unless you have a vet that will sell you an antibiotic you will need to go to pet store for fish antibiotics I think only thing you can buy from feed store now is injectable pen. I am not sure what fish antibiotic would be appropriate, hopefully @casportpony can help with that.

@PearlTheDuck - for early bumbles, I rub a dab of triple antibiotic ointment on the bumble twice a day. No soaking, no wrapping. Always one treatment at their bedtime when they won't be walking or swimming so much. In fact when mine were younger I would have a few cases going on at once. I would keep a tube of ointment in my jacket pocket, put a dab on my finger, and scoop up the ducks needing treatment, swipe the ointment on the foot, give it a quick rub, and set the duck down.

Which works better, doing the ointment or soaking and applying iodine? I want to do Whichever works the best
 
I forgot to post this yesterday, any idea what that is on the lump? Looks like its coming to a head or getting a scab?
