Super silly chickens! I have a new recipe for you guys. Buffalo Chicken Dip: 16 oz cream cheese, softened 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, mex-mix, pick your favorite!) 8 oz Ranch dressing 26 oz cooked (or canned-rinsed and drained) chicken, shredded (more or less to your liking) 12 oz buffalo wing sauce (again, more or less to your liking) Mix all ingredients well, spread into a 9x13 pan. Bake for about 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Dip with corn chips, or whatever sounds good to you. My favorite is the thin, crispy, white corn chips, like Tostido Scoops! Served warm is best, but can be refrigerated and reheated in small portions. Recipe can be downsized also!
