put them in a can and you'll make a fortune selling cat food. No hunting/killing necessary - heads left intact for your pet's pleasure - Ugh. Especially great for indoor cats , who just dream of being savage hunters.

All we now is an investor.

We have an Aussie connection or two.... I hear the mouse infestation is reaching plague proportions again. I somehow saw a clip on the last bad year and it made my skin crawl and of course that was what went through my head at dark-thirty. OH, it never rained.....

I read the Aussies are planning mass extermination of 2 million feral cats, there are so many, they are destroying many rare species, native to Australia. I know their rabbit &Kangaroos etc. are over populating & need to be reined in. They have no major predators to keep the numbers down.

Poured here. My poor ladies the coop and run got flooded. (They're fine but angry at being stuck in their roosts for a while)

Still raining....we got over three inches today.
Tomorrow after work will involve a massive coop clean :/
*edit* just hope my coop kickers are dried out by then. Wet shoes wet shoes.

@Mtn Margie I so know the cat thing, teeth and all go, but where? and they just leave the entrails it is disgusting. Mine has a passion for lizards, you normally find the tail somewhere around as they loose their tails to deter the hunter, never works always find chewed lizard remains yuk When my dogs bark at night I 'jump' out of bed and always always step in the squashy bits..

@prostar I feel so sorry for you all with the rain, wet everywhere hate it, I've put drains in my run but it still goes like a a quagmire and am always chasing Henry (who seems to love the rain) to get in the coop it is a pecial game with him, and when I am truly soaked and muddy he decides its time to go in.

Our rains are yet to come, wish they made wellies here would make life a lot easier.
