Finally I got motivated to sew up a bunch of aprons for my hens. I do not like seeing my girls all messed up. Right now I am just experimenting but by the fall meets I could have a bunch of them. And on the opposite side of the view......

Second project involves feathers that are off the birds. I do save feathers from those that fly around the yard and runs but now I am planning on using them for an art piece. Soooo.... for those of you who process (and I know I just missed WMR workshop) please if possible save them for me. Just now I am in need of red feathers from at least on birds preferably male since they are more flashy. What do you think, would some folks do that for an artist ?

That is red enough ! Are they the birds that you processed at the work-shop ? That would be great. I have a family affair on the last week-end of July in San Diego proper. But I will be stopping in Julian to visit with Allison and pick up eggs from Little Kev.
