I’m going to leave it in the incubator for a few hours though because it’s still kind of wet and gooey

What should I do?? The chick is kicking the other eggs around the bator

i remove chicks after 2 hours to let them dry a little. Open and close the incubator fast and you won't have any problems.
Ps looks like a really healthy chick

ok thank you! I've read some thread saying that taking the chick out will discourage the other chicks, is this true? I don't want them to lose motivation for hatching
