chickens have all stopped laying

so in conclusion I am getting aprox 3 eggs a day now. which makes sense as the days are shorter and I have 6 hens, so I am assuming they are laying every two days. I never did figure out what stopped them for a couple of weeks but everything is back on track now...at least in the egg laying department
