Chickens in a Petting Zoo

My daughter is planning on taking a couple of our nicer hens to a petting zoo. Since we have never done this before are there any issues I should be aware of that may arise? (other than loose chickens!!)

Are there going to be other chickens there? Just a thought, remember biosecurity.

If they are going to a petting zoo and then coming back home, be sure to quarantine them when they come home. Biosecurity is definately an issue. Treat them exactly as you would birds returning from a show.
