Day 32's fact I knew from my daily work outs in the gym for 4 hours! Use to take 6 raw eggs and add them to a gallon of orange juice, unbeaten and then drink it all down after training. That would be the start of my evening meals!

Yes, raw! just shook it up a bit and drank it down! Sometimes the yolk would be unbroken but you learned to drink it all down. Great stuff and an instance protein boost!
