Colorado?

Thank you! So, I have a question or questions for you. Why do you think that your RIR's and BR's are roos? What makes you think that? How old are they? This is new to me.......so sorry for the 20 questions!

Well , one of the BR's has a fuzzy white spot on his head and his legs are thicker than the other one. And one of the RIR's had really thick legs and a darker head than the other. Just from readind everyones posts those are the feelings I'm getting. I'll post pics later. And I'm really new at this too, I just got the chicks this last weekend.

Any of you Colorado folks want a roo? Got a few 5 week olds I need to get rid of.

No thank you. I might be sorry I said that, if one of the Partridge Rocks that is suppose to be a roo isn't. Then again, we could end up with a couple of them.

They both have the black splash going down the leg but I've read that that isn't always a given for a girl. Then the one has much thicker legs than the other and the headspot isn't as defined. But then Speckled said hers was surely a Roo for the longest time but then it wasn't.

Glad to see more Colo folks, but you are all on the front range. Douglaspeeps, my bro lives in Kiowa and my niece and family in Elizabeth. You must be pretty close to that. Great to see more people getting chickens, but watch out it is truly addicting. My DH thinks I've lost my mind.
