Who, me? Snarl? You must have the wrong Lutheran. I don't snarl. I growl, gripe, and complain, but I definitely don't snarl!

I'm about half done with that babyghan I started on last w/e. The counselor is due on the 17th, so I think it'll be done before she has to leave us. Just in time, too, for baby squares to start showing up at the post office!!

See ya'll hookers later!

Ok, this may (or may not) be a silly question...On the combo color squares, are they all going to be a consistent pattern of color, or do we mix up the order?

I think you can mix up the color combo Dena. I stacked my greens and yellows up last night in a box, seems to me the yellow is a teeny bit thinner since my hook and tension and all are the same and they just seem to be a tiny bit smaller to me than the green, could be my inagination since the rule shows the same but I am sending them anyway, maybe LC can leave all the greens in one afghan and the yellows in another. Got some lamb and yellow from joann yesterday, although I found yellow at walmart the other day. Haven't gotten my berry or blue yet. I'll get a box in the mail to Karan on monday so LC can work on mine and Wild's for a while. If Chick'sRule ..Bobbie..daughter joins BYC, that will be another one so I guess we just keep the squares comin!! One about the smaller ones, they work up fast!

Thanks SE,, Just to make sure there is not a lot of confuson.

Please mail squares to me (Organizer) with note or tag with every 12 or so squares . I will send squares with a shower card, notes and tags and extras to (Assembler) LC so she can get a nice package together to send Momma. And I will keep extra squares to be assembled for then next Babyghan, and so on. Mangled as offered to do assembly also.

I will also make sure that this is noted with the intro.

Thanks so very much everyone for jumping on here and working so hard.

I hope LC doesn't feel she is bound to that pattern because she might find that sc ridge is not real cuddly! Look at the pic of theone I did, I realize it was cotton but it isn't soft on that ridge..I dunno, jez sayin she should have some wiggle room to come up with a plan b if that doesnt seem to be working out..then again, it may be great with the baby yarn..hope so anyway..but at least if she has a few ahead of time to play around with she can decide.

Em's husband Scott here. Em wanted me to tell you she fell and broke her collarbone this morning. She was shoveling the end of the driveway out after getting our daughter on the bus and stepped on a patch of ice. She went down hard on the rocks we have lining our culvert. Her collarbone is fractured in two places on her right side. She wanted me to say that she has to bow out as an assembler. She has 24 Ducky squares (?? don't know if this is right, she's on a bit of medicine right now) done and will be able to send those for the afghan project. I don't think she'll be on for a few days, I'm sure she'll update you all when she's feeling better. Thanks.

OMG!! Please tell Em that we are praying for her! And to take care of herself & not to worry about anything. We'll figure something out!!!
